New house at Totley, Sheffield. Keeping up to our policy of expanding the use of the word 'joinery' we plastered this three bedroom dormer bungalow as well as installed a new contemporary kitchen, white wooden skirting and new staircase. Following the vague guidelines for the 'style' that the customer required but the strict budget we designed and created the kitchen - essentially creating a bespoke kitchen based upon the foundation of a standard framework.
Bathroom flooring and cupboard - like many bathrooms, a weird sized area, certainly not 'standard', but we were given a brief of the 'style' of the desired storage area and we designed the right cupboard that added style to the room but maximised space as well - the kind of space and maximum use of space that simply cannot be achieved with 'standard' units from the high street.

A Victorian conservatory extension to a three bedroom semi. We chose to almost fully brick the conservatory side adjoining the neighboring house in order to give added privacy, all adapted on site.

Additional brickwork required because of the full brick side but also the base required additional brickwork as the garden sloped away from the main house.

Finished off with natural solid oak flooring and skirting, stained to match the natural oak.
We can lay any flooring but Solid Oak Flooring provides additional class and a finish that can't really be fully replicated.

Here we have used solid oak flooring with a brushed and oiled finish providing a rustic appearance.

All pieces laid randomly and all angles, etc, individually cut around the room. The skirting was just standard skirting that we stained using a bespoke colour match service to make sure it match the oak flooring, even looking like real oak flooring with finally laid.
A testament to what can be achieved and at what price with the right attention to finish and detail. This is not an expensive kitchen, but the style is right to create a 'country kitchen' appearance and money saved on the units was spent on the deep 'farmhouse' sink and the solid oak work surface that was sanded and stained several times before being fitted.

The tile design, colour and solid oak flooring only add to the finish with attention paid to the overall finish - if we have a clear idea of what the client wants to finally achieve with the overall project we can often make even the tightest budget work in the right areas.

Not a big kitchen either and the homeowner wanted an 'open plan' style so we took out a wall, maintained the 'c' shape kitchen, creating a counter and linking into a kitchen-diner, opening up the space and creating an airy kitchen with a better feeling of space.
